Our Return Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in resalable condition. Swimwear is intimate apparel, so we must maintain strict hygiene standards for the protection of all our customers.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Swimwear bottoms (due to intimate nature)
- Any items without original tags or showing signs of wear
- Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)
Easy Returns Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include the following information:

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:
- Return authorization number
- Prepaid return shipping label (for US customers)
- International return address (for non-US customers)
Step 3: Package & Ship
Securely package your return using the original packaging if possible. Include the original packing slip or a note with your order number. For international returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5-7 business days after shipment):
- Refunds: Processed within 3 business days to your original payment method
- Exchanges: Shipped within 2 business days of approval
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.
Refund Timeline
While we process refunds immediately upon approval, please allow:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
International Returns
For our global customers outside the US:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
- Customs fees/duties are non-refundable
Damaged or Incorrect Items
