Returns Policy Details

  • Return window: 15 days from receipt of order
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in resalable condition
  • Original shipping fees: Non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Swimwear bottoms (due to intimate nature)
  • Any items without original tags or showing signs of wear
  • Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)
