All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and either cancel that item or offer a suitable alternative.

2.3 Hygiene Considerations

For health and hygiene reasons, certain items (particularly swimwear bottoms) cannot be returned unless defective. Please review our Returns Policy in Section 6 for details.

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This represents our acceptance of your order and forms a binding contract. We carefully inspect each item before shipping, which typically takes 1-2 business days.

3.3 Shipping Information

We offer two shipping options:

1. Standard Shipping ($12.95) via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days after shipment)
2. Free Shipping on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)

We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. International customers are responsible for all customs fees and import duties.

4. User Responsibilities

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Swimwear bottoms
• Items without original tags
• Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)

Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving your return. Please allow:

• 5-10 business days for credit/debit card refunds
• 3-5 business days for PayPal refunds
